Nicole (Coach & Team BPM Member)

Nicole is a fully qualified Triathlon Coach (Triathlon Australia) and Personal Trainer with an Advanced Diploma in Fitness. Nicole adds qualifications in Pilates, Nutrition, Pre-Post Natal, Special Needs and numerous group exercise specialties to her CV. She has been encouraging both men and women to achieve their health and fitness goals for the past decade. Whether it be encouraging members to successfully race their first fun run, triathlon or simply tone up and slim down for a more positive life experience.
 
Nicole has been competing in Triathlon since her first race in 2002 and is now a regular competitor on the Asia Pacific Triathlon scene. She has seen success at international triathlons and always made a point of racing with a smile on her face.

Nicole specializes in helping those starting out in the sport of Triathlon or who need a hand improving their general health and fitness.

Evan (Coach & Team BPM Member)

Evan is a fully qualified Triathlon Coach (Triathlon Australia) and has been racing triathlons since 2002. Since then Evan has gone on to become one of Asia’s leading male age groupers, tasting success at races throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Prior to Triathlon, Evan represented Australia in Sailing competing in World Cups and World Championships holding a top 15 world ranking and taking out numerous Australian Titles.

Evan is very passionate about his sport and works with BPM’s higher level athletes on technical aspects of their training and motivational work. He will push you to your limits to ensure you achieve the most from your training with BPM  and will make sure that you get the results you are after.

Dan (Daniel Plews - Consulting Coach & Team BPM Member)

Dan Plews has been competing in Triathlon for nearly 15 years. In this time Dan has won accolades such as British Junior and Youth Triathlon Champion, British Grand Prix Champion and been a medalist in the British Elite Men’s Sprint Championships. Up until recently, Dan has been living in Singapore where he was a leading age group triathlete in races throughout Asia.

Dan is a working Exercise Physiologist, working closely with many endurance sports such as cycling, triathlon and rowing. Dan holds a Masters degree in exercise physiology and believes in a scientifically based approached to all training. Dan also has a back ground in Triathlon coaching, and is a qualified triathlon coach.

PJ (Pete Jacobs - Consulting Coach & Pro Triathlete)

2009 Australian Long Course Champion and multiple triathlon winner, PJ is one of the world’s leading long course professional triathletes. Since turning professional in 2004 Jacobs has been turning heads. A string of international successes including five top-five Ironman finishes and several Half-Ironman victories has served notice to the Ironman fraternity that he is the real deal.

Regarded as one of the world’s premier Ironman swimmers, his ability to swim away from the pack and ride alone out in front is fast becoming his trademark. As a fully qualified coach (Triathlon Australia), PJ enjoys passing on his skills to age group athletes with Personal Bests flowing in from his athletes.

PJ works with athletes on personalized programs as well as BPM Elite Training Camps in the Asia Pacific region.

Thomo (Simon Thompson - Consulting Coach & Pro Triathlete)

Olympics, Commonwealth Games, World Cups, World Championships, Long Course Triathlons, Thomo has tasted success in triathlons for the past 18+ years since getting involved in triathlon as a junior. He is a current professional triathlete and coach travelling the world competing at the highest levels. Applying the experience and skills developed in over 10 years as a professional triathlete, as a consulting coach to Beats Per Minute, Thomo adds considerable depth to the BPM offering.

Thomo works with athletes on personalized programs as well as BPM Elite Training Camps in the Asia Pacific region. Thomo focuses on three key areas of nutrition, training and mindset. He is also available for speaking engagements and Life Coaching.
