Who Will Be Your Coach in 2012?
As 2011 quickly draws to a close and athletes start to plan their 2012 race year, many start to wonder how they are going to get to the start line and who is going to help them get there. A successful coach/athlete relationship develops from the coming together of a dedicated, eager athlete and an equally dedicated, qualified and experienced coach. Congratulation to Pete and Rinnie for their top results in Kona.
We would like to congratulate BPM athlete Pete Jacobs on his runner up result at the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii. Pete clocked an incredible 8:09:11 to finish second behind three time Ironman World Champion, Australian Craig Crowie Alexander.
Good friend of BPM (and our favourite BPM Angels cycling kit model), Mirinda Carfrae once again broke the run course record to finish second to Chrissie Wellington in the women’s race. At such a young age, Rinny has now competed in 3 Ironman World Championships achieving two seconds and a win, simply amazing!
Watch out for Pete and Rinny next year in Kona!
We would also like to congratulate all BPM clients and friends of BPM on their amazing achievements in competing in this years race.
