Pete Jacobs teaches athletes a trick or two in Singapore
Australian Ironman Pete Jacobs recently returned to the shores of Singapore to spend some time with budding athletes and help improve their swim, bike and run.
Following on from his successful visit earlier this year, BPM-Sport were pleased to welcome Pete back for a series of training sessions that focused on the technical side of triathlons 4 disciplines – swim, bike, run and transition.
Athletes were offered a variety of sessions with many opting for the more personalised 1-on-3 sessions that sold out in a matter of days. The group sessions also proved to be popular allowing more people to learn from the fastest runner in Kona in 2010.
As with all BPM-Sport events, a few lucky participants took home special prize packs including Pete’s nutrition of choice, Shotz gels and tablets and one of his limited edition podium shirts.
BPM-Sport would like to thank everyone for their participation over the week and look forward to seeing some improvements in the coming weeks.
